2011 Fall Classes for Grades 1-8

Wholistic Learning Resources makes every effort to keep our prices affordable and
comparable with similar programs in the Sacramento area.

Although Early Registration ended 8/31/11, we are still accepting registrations.

Grade 1-8 program begins September 12 and runs for 10 weeks on Mondays.

See below for a description of all available discounts.

Note: For those enrolling in multiple classes, choose "back to back" classes unless
you plan to stay on-site to supervise your student during any gaps in his/her
schedule. Discount for multiple class enrollment (3-5 classes) described below.

    1.  Full Day Discount: Enroll for all 6 classes (10 weeks each) and take $100 off total. (Cost will be
    reduced from $995 to $895.)

    2. Multiple Class Discount: Register your student 3-5 classes and deduct $50 from your balance
    due. (Cannot be combined with multiple students; each student must be registered for 3-5
    classes to apply discount. Does not apply to full-day program which is already discounted.)
    Note: Enroll your student in classes that are "back to back" unless you plan to stay on-site to
    supervise your student during any gaps in his/her schedule.

    3.  Independent Homeschoolers Discount: Apply all other discounts as applicable, then deduct
    an additional 10%. (Does NOT apply to materials fees.)

    No discounts on materials fees.

         *Pentatonic flutes for Grades 1-3 will cost approximately $65 (normally a $100 flute).
      Yamaha 300 Series Recorders for Grades 4-8 will cost approximately $15-20.
  
  **If desired, parent can have charter pay for a portion of class fees and pay the balance
     "out-of-pocket." Any amount that parent "self-pays" is eligible for 10 percent discount
      (except materials fees).
Cancellation Policy: Wholistic Learning Resources reserves the right to cancel a class when required
minimum enrollment is not met. Earliest notification will be given and the participant may choose either
a full refund or a credit for future class registration.

    If you wish to cancel a registration, you must notify the WLR Program Director in writing at
    [email protected] one week in advance of the first scheduled class of the
    session in order to receive an 80% credit for future classes or an 80% refund. Cancellation after
    the first class meeting will be allowed a 75% refund or credit. Cancellation after the second
    class meeting will be allowed a 60% refund. No refunds or credits will be given after third class
    meeting. Refunds or credits are not issued for classes not attended. Credits are good for up to
    one year. All requests to cancel any registration must be received in writing (send to
    [email protected]).
Late Registrations: Late registrations are accepted on a space available basis. Check with Sandi for
available openings: [email protected].
For Folk Dancing Class ONLY:
$80 when registering before 10/7; $85 after 10/7.

Class runs 10/17-11/14 (5 WEEKS).
