Wholistic Learning Resources supports homeschooling families by offering a variety of
classes, inspired by significant contributors to the field of education including Rudolf
Steiner (Waldorf), Charlotte Mason, and others. Our teachers are dedicated to creating a
warm, nurturing learning experience for your students.

WLR welcomes home educated students and their families -- whether you homeschool
independently or use a charter school.

All independent homeschoolers receive a 10 percent discount on classes (excludes
materials fees).

Multiple class discounts offered to all families.

WLR is an approved vendor with Horizons, South Sutter and Visions in Education
charter schools.
Our Classes
WLR offers a variety of classes to enrich your children's homeschooling experience.

At WLR, we make every effort to bring your children programs of the highest quality:

  • We carefully select our teachers for their experience, enthusiasm, warmth and
    genuine love for children and the art of teaching.

  • Only one class is conducted in each classroom. This enhances the experience
    for the children, cutting down on distractions and interruptions. Therefore, we
    have fewer class offerings, but in our opinion, a higher quality program.

  • We primarily offer "specialty classes" -- those classes that are most challenging
    for the parent to create in the home. We are here to supplement what YOU do --
    not to replace what you do!

  • When you register your child for multiple, "back-to-back" classes, your fees
    include supervised breaks/recess and lunch periods.
